National Coaches Conference hits Canberra
Over 250 Australian and International coaches converge in Canberra for the 8th National Coaches Conference.
Paula Grylewicz, from Ballarat, has had a successful career in wheelchair basketball, support teams as a physiotherapist at both the U/23 Men's and U/25 Women's World Championships.
At the state level, Paula has played a key part supporting the Ballarat Miners Women’s team, through her role, helping them secure three consecutive championships.
Her love for the game continues to drive her ambition, with a U23 Men’s World Championship win being her ultimate goal for the group.

Paula is known for her height (she is often the shortest in the group) and she considers herself to be very shy.
