Originally from Sydney and now based in Brisbane, Thomas Kyle has been an integral part of wheelchair basketball in Queensland, both as a player and as a staff member for the QLD Junior Wheelchair Basketball Program.

His contributions to the junior program during a period that saw 14 athletes represent Australia at four junior world championships are a particular point of pride for him.

Thomas is passionate about the technical side of the sport, especially the challenge of balancing classification points and adapting coaching strategies to suit players with different classifications and disabilities.
