Tyrese Proctor– Pick #49 | Cleveland
NBA Global Academy – Duke Blue Devils
COACHES NOTES
Tyrese has had an elite basketball education from his local club at Sutherland, to the NBA Global Academy and of course Duke University. A floor leader, elite shooter and versatile defender, Tyrese has already played on big stages in the ACC and NCAA tournaments and showed he is a big game player.
Alex Toohey– Pick #52 | Golden State via Phoenix
Centre of Excellence / NBA Global Academy – Sydney Kings
COACHES NOTES
Alex is such a versatile player at both ends of the floor and fits perfectly in the “positionless” trend of the global game. You saw in the NBL with the Kings he has the ability to make big plays and is an explosive athlete in the open court.
Lachlan Olbrich – Pick #55 | Chicago via LA Lakers
Centre of Excellence – Illawarra Hawks
COACHES NOTES
Lachlan showed in the Hawks NBL title run he is a fierce competitor, the ability to play inside and on the perimeter and guard multiple positions.
Four selected ties with 1997 for most Australians taken in a single Draft. The pool in ’97 saw Chris Anstey, Paul Rogers, Ben Pepper & C.J. Bruton go in a similar spree.
