Our Gangurrus women’s team has defeated Spain (21-10) to advance to the Semi Finals of the FIBA 3x3 World Cup!
It was a convincing win from the Aussies, quickly getting out to a 7-1 lead early in the match with some tough buckets.
Marena Whittle led the charge for the Aussie quartet, top-scoring with nine points and six rebounds.
With Alex Wilson and Lauren Mansfield hitting some important shots, finishing with five and four points respectively.
