The Gliders are the Women’s national representative team for wheelchair athletes.

The Gliders represent Australia on the international stage in IWBF events such as World Championships, World Championship qualifying events and the Paralympics.

The Gliders have a rich history and have claimed multiple Bronze and Silver at World Championships and Paralympic games.

Athletes must meet the International Paralympic Committees stringent criteria for classification to be able to participate in events.
