Sarah provides Wellbeing services to the Centre of Excellence, our residential program for pathways 5v5 (and 3x3) athletes at the AIS Canberra. Sarah supports these young athletes, as well as their parents, in settling into and managing life at the Centre of Excellence as well as implementing projects that improve the performance environment and prepare these athletes for the next steps of their athlete and personal careers.
Sarah brings a valued lived experience to the team as a former WNBL Athlete and former Basketball Australia Coach. Using these experiences and ongoing training in the Wellbeing space, Sarah is well placed to develop high-performance behaviours in athletes and build positive and safe performance environments.
