Biography
With her towering, strong frame and skill set, Aokuso is literally one of the biggest talents in Australian basketball.
The 25-year-old centre reached her 100th WNBL game in season 2023-24 playing all games at Townsville Fire where she is a two-time champion.
She enjoyed success on Opals debut in 2021 winning a bronze medal with the national team at the FIBA Asia Cup in Jordan.
Aokuso has endured more than her fair share of injuries and is now reaping the rewards of a healthy body in both the WNBL and NBL1 and as a member of the Australian squad.
