Hailing from Maryborough, Victoria, Matthew Dellavedova's journey has been built on hard work and persistence.

The regional Victoria product took a scenic route to NBA after going undrafted in 2013 and three years later played in a title with the Cleveland Cavaliers. In the 2022-23 season, the veteran guard was part of the Sacramento Kings outfit which broke a 16-year finals drought.

Dellavedova has been a consistent performer for the Boomers through multiple World Cup and Olympic campaigns and was a key part of the historic bronze-medal performance in Tokyo.

The 32-year-old played with Melbourne United in 2021, springboarding him back into the NBA, and returned to the NBL in 2023-24.
