Adam Caporn commences his first campaign as Head Coach of the Boomers for the upcoming Colorado Clash and 2025 Asia Cup and there’s a focus on establishing depth and innovation in the coaching ranks.
Caporn steps in to drive a new era for a storied program and there’s a commitment to channelling a variety of expertise and professionals to adjust to the rising competitive level of international basketball.
“A priority for this campaign is initiating the development of a staff with a broad range of skills and experiences that will collaborate aggressively to uncover the best ideas that will maximize the strengths of our playing group,” said Caporn.
For Caporn and the Boomers, the goal is to drive collective success, for the team on the court as well as the coaches on the sideline.
“The FIBA landscape requires that our coaching staff is deep, aligned and agile. I am very excited about the talent and character of our coaches and thankful for their commitment to the program,” added Caporn.
The objective is to establish an interlinked group with capabilities that can adjust to the variety of tournaments and qualification windows.
For the upcoming Asia Cup window, this innovative approach will be in full effect.
